Frequently Asked Questions

Our signature  homes currently run around $140 - $175 per square foot under roof (living, garage, and porches). We build high quality custom homes. Our pricing can vary based on the homeowners wish-list, selections, landscaping, etc.

• An initial meeting  will be setup for you with Josh and Garrett to  go over any questions you  may have about the build process and the price per square foot based on your families needs and wish list for your new  home.  Filling out or reviewing our New Home owner Questionnaire will aid you in mapping out your vision, and will aid us in designing your home. 

•  Create a floor plan: If you have already selected a floor plan and have the plans, you will bring them to your initial meeting with our team.  If you do not have an official floor plan we will draft a rough floor plan and  that will be send to our draftsmen to have your new home created meet with you to draw your plans based off your wish-list.

• Visit the lot: We will meet you at your lot and go over the amount of site prep that will need to be completed to get the pad ready for foundation.  

• Bid: Once your floor plan is completed we will run numbers based on the square footage, roof, flooring, etc.

• Contract: If the bid is accepted, all parties will sign the official building contract and we can get the building process started!

Absolutely! However, we would need to review the plans you have and ensure they meet the standards we expect.  Before spending the money to order a plan online, give us a call and we will sit down and design your home to your specifications.  

WE DO!  They can be found under the available properties tab on the home page.  Even though some are not listed on MLS all properties not marked otherwise are currently available.   Ask about our builder incentives we offer on our available properties!
